Job Summary: The Operations Manager will ensure seamless end-to-end operations, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products. Youll optimize processes, manage budgets, lead teams, and uphold our commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, problem-solving, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced luxury environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production & Supply Chain Management
Oversee chocolate production, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, FDA, EU standards).
Manage relationships with suppliers for cocoa, packaging, and other premium ingredients; negotiate contracts to align with sustainability goals.
Optimize inventory levels to balance freshness, cost, and demand fluctuations.
2. Process Optimization & Compliance
Implement lean manufacturing and efficiency improvements without compromising craftsmanship.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Lead certifications (e.g., organic, fair trade, ISO) and audits.
3. Team Leadership
Train and supervise production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and accountability.
