Position: Operations Manager
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Professional certification in Facility Management. Minimum of 10-12 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within large-scale commercial, mixed-use, or high-traffic properties.
Candidates should have prior experience in a comprehensive Operations Manager role, beyond traditional Facility Management responsibilities, with a strong focus on overall property operations and strategic oversight.
GCC experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of local operational standards and regulations.Must have a strong background in managing both Hard and Soft FM services, including:
MEP systems, HVAC, Cleaning and Housekeeping, Security and Access Control, Landscaping and Pest Control
Proven ability to manage service contracts, including handling of budgets, KPIs, and SLAs. Strong track record in overseeing outsourced service providers and ensuring full contract compliance.
