Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced
Operations Manager - Fire System Division
to lead and manage end-to-end operations of fire fighting and fire alarm projects across the UAE region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth technical knowledge of fire systems, and proven experience in managing multiple projects, teams, and compliance with local civil defense regulationsExperience Required:
10+yrs of experience in Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems with UAE Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Project Management
Oversee daily operations of the
Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Division
Manage multiple projects from design coordination to execution and handover Ensure projects are deliveredon time, within budget, and as per specifications
Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocationTechnical & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with
UAE Civil Defense (DCD), NFPA, and local authority regulations
Review and approve: Shop drawings. Material submittals. Method statements Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and final approvals with authorities Provide technical guidance for: Fire alarm systems Fire fighting systems (sprinklers, hose reels, fire pumps, FM200, NOVEC, CO?, etc.)Team & Vendor Management

Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years
of experience inFire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems
MandatoryGCC / UAE experience
Strong knowledge of: NFPA standards UAE Civil Defense regulations and approval processes Proven experience managing large-scale fire system projects Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficient in MS Office and project management tools ValidUAE Driving License

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
