Maintenance Operations Manager - Fire Protection Systems



Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the Maintenance Department operations team.

Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for fire protection systems.

Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations, client satisfaction, and quality standards.

Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Provide technical expertise to resolve complex maintenance issues.

Ensure compliance with NFPA, Civil Defense regulations, and other international fire safety standards.

Develop maintenance strategies to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

Train, mentor, and supervise maintenance engineers and technicians.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for seamless operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Fire Protection Systems maintenance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.

Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

In-depth knowledge of NFPA, Civil Defense codes, and international fire safety standards.

Proven ability to manage large maintenance contracts and multiple teams.
