The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in F&B, Restaurant Operations, training staff, generating sales, etc. preferably with knowledge in Diet food. This role is NOT for candidates who are in the field of Supply Chain & Logistics. Responsibilities
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the business
Be the point of contact between the staff and management
Recruit, train, and manage new hires and existing staff with ongoing training programs
Ensure that the revenue increases by being involved in the menu creation, giving ideas to expand the business
Prepare annual performance review and re-evaluate processes
Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
Manage budget to align with goals of business
Qualifications
8+ years working in a managerial role
Have the knowledge of managing a minimum of 5 branches along with prior experience in expansion, boosting sales, etc.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Comfort working with multiple groups within business
