They are currently looking to hire an Operations Manager to join their team in the UAE.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the UAE Professional sales and After-sales teams. This includes strategy formulation and execution by providing direction, technical support, price, competitive data, and business development initiatives to cover the market and generate more sales.
Responsibilities:
Drive and achieve the annual sales target by supporting and following- up on the monthly and quarterly achievements of the sales team and UAE dealers
Draft, develop, and implement a short-term and long-term market strategy for B2B sales of all value streams (BSC, Hospitality, and Special Business) within the UAE as per the Regional Strategy
Work closely with the Head of Regional Sales - Professional to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and plans for the UAE market
Develop target groups, and dealers, set targets, and ensure market coverage
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships in the UAE market
Initiate dealer partner development plans and lead execution
Coach, mentor, and lead a team of Sales Consultants towards achieving outstanding results through:
Following up on their daily sales operations, visits & quotations
Monitoring their performance & KPIs against targets
Reviewing and preparing quarterly sales incentives for the team
Visiting Key Accounts & providing continuous guidance and support
Taking corrective action with underperforming sales members
Innovating & Creating new Sales Approach ideas based on customer dynamics and business needs
Ensuring optimum market coverage and segmentation to maximize trade opportunities across different sales channels
Cross-collaboration with the Service department to offer competitive aftersales repair and maintenance solutions through the sales team
Work in close collaboration with the Product Management Department to develop competitive pricing schemes and introduce new models
Maintain and grow an excellent relationship with key accounts, dealer partners, and public sector decision-makers
Identify market gaps and create/ modify sales execution plans to grab lost potential and sustain a healthy market share
Generate new innovative sales & marketing ideas to penetrate new market segments and build strong relations with Public entities
Utilize data analytics and CRM to ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent from an accredited university
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a B2B Leadership sales role
Excellent communication, negotiation, customer-centricity, and numerical skills
Ability to handle conflicts and resolve disputes
Proactive, actively listens, and is open to criticism
Verbal and written English proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and coach a sales team
Critical thinker and business developer with a strategic entrepreneurial mindset
Strong financial, numerical, and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Demonstrates a positive mindset and adds an optimistic value to the team
Previous experience in a multinational sales company
UAE dealership management and operations is a plus
