The Operations Manager is responsible for the delivery of all aspects of business operations within the Iqarus business area. Required to ensure the efficient and quality delivery of services in line with client requirements, supporting the clinical governance/excellence team.
Duties and responsibilities:
Promote the company culture and provide leadership across the region in support of the Director of Delivery to achieve business goals
Ensure operational / project performance across all projects
Ensure all contract delivery are compliant against SOW / client KPI\'s
Manage direct costs and COGs in line with budgets and drive efficiencies
Ensure all personnel undertake their duties in line with company policies and SOPs
Construct and develop SOPs in line with central policies/SOPs
Ensure local licensing and compliance requirements are achieved and extant, in support of Iqarus legal/commercial
Lead on QHSE management within the projects responsible
Identify operational risk and ensure mitigation/ risk reduction and manage risk registers
Provide operational reports as required
Assist business development through operational input into bids and proposals
Assist and work closely with the the Regional Medical Directors to provide quality management within clinical performance
Support team and individual development, both clinical and non-clinical
Assisting the Director of Delivery in developing operational solutions with a client focus
Support the Commercial Director in day to day operational delivery and support in all aspects of business development and sales activities.

Qualifications
Proven operational management background, minimum of 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience.
QHSE qualification, such as IOSH managing safely or equivalent.
Diploma level management qualification or proven experiential equivalent.
Experience working with and presenting to senior executives.
Demonstrable proficiency in similar operating environments
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
Strong IT skills, including but not limited to
Understanding and interpreting management accounting spreadsheets
Ability to use presentation software
Ability to create digital documents including operations and technical reports.
