Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a system-based turnkey solutions company in Dubai, UAE. The client is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join the Power Systems Division. He will be responsible for ensuring that the sales and technical team understands expectations and consistently meet or exceed set KPI\xe2\x80\x99s. Other responsibilities are

- Provide team leadership and coaching.

- Keep the division manager informed of task accomplishment, issues, and project completion status.

- Provide reporting of team activities against the annual agreed business plan.

- Provide guidance to the team based on management direction.

- Monitoring, measure and manage performance and service quality of the team.

- Coordinate the business review meeting, presentation, and release of reports.

- Coordinate meetings with our strategic suppliers to discuss product launch, logistics challenge and sales and technical team training.

- Ensure sales targets are achieved as per the agreed and approved yearly budget.

- Monitor the progress of jobs and annual maintenance services agreement throughout UAE

- Systematic review of the jobs to identify any challenges beforehand and discuss the same with the installation team \xe2\x80\x93 Proactive and not reactive.

- Establish yearly service maintenance schedules agenda to identify and maintain accurate work force resources.

- Develop processes, design documentation standards, techniques, and tools to support task performance.

- Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, and communication.

- Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and timeline.

Requirements

- Preferred bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering.

- Minimum of 5 to 7 years with UPS and cooling product as sales and Operations Experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Work well under pressure and should have an objective oriented mindset.

- Ability to work remotely if required.

- Outstanding organizational skills and customer service skills.

- Ability to prioritize and multitask.

- Experience in handling shipments for the Middle East region.
