Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our reputable fire safety and protection systems company based in Dubai. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring the efficient delivery of fire safety and protection system projects and services to our clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of fire safety and protection system projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. 2. Sales Management: Monitoring the efficiency of sales personnel and guiding them to achieve their targets 3. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and optimize project outcomes. This includes overseeing the allocation of manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors required for project execution. 4. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of technicians, engineers, sales and other operational staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development. 5. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies in all operational activities. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to guarantee the delivery of superior fire safety and protection system solutions to clients. 6. Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness in operations. Collaborate with the finance department to prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. 7. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded. Address client concerns, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle. 8. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices in all operational activities. Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to protect employees, clients, and the general public. 9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvement, process optimization, and cost reduction. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. 10. Vendor and Supplier Management: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services. Negotiate contracts and agreements, evaluate performance, and maintain strong working relationships. 11. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, project status, and operational achievements. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects, clients, and operational activities. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant professional certification is advantageous. - Proven experience (5+ years) as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the fire safety and protection systems industry. - In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards. - Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects within budget and schedule. - Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on delivering effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, employees, and stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in using project management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
