About the role
As the Operations Manager, the responsibilities will include managing the successful and efficient day to day operation of the club reception and coaches within the Sports Centre, ensuring the members receive a fabulous experience for all the family every day. In addition, this role will regularly act as a main point of contact, taking responsibility for the efficient operation of the centre.

The candidate will have a track record of successfully supporting the coaches, build the team through people management, recruitment, succession planning and development and with a cross function mentality supporting marketing and business development.

This role will be required to possess the ability to manage SOPs, policies and procedures and ensure the teams are delivering exceptional customer service.

About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate must be a self-motivated manager who takes pride in the members and the environment they work in. The position will require shifts according to the opening hours so flexibility is a must. Someone with experience working with both Children and Adults would be beneficial.

Our client is looking for someone with business acumen skills and detail orientated with problem solving skills and leadership capabilities. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal is preferred.
