Coordinate with engineers, staff members, labor hands, and PROs to ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. Use organization applications like ClickUp to manage tasks, due dates, and milestones. Develop and manage project timelines and task lists. Evaluate project performance and make adjustments as needed. Facilitate communication across all levels of the organization. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Develop growth strategies to enhance the team\'s performance and project outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Proficiency in project management software, including ClickUp. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
