Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.

Interpret parking, settlement methods, safety regulations, company policies and procedures for subordinates.

Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, environmental policies, or government regulations.

Plan and schedule follow-up meetings with clients to evaluate the service level and capture any changes or additional requirements and maintain close relation with client to ensure retention.

Prepare, validate and submit daily sales closing and monthly revenue reports to The management and clients' management

Carry out daily and random investigation procedure on staff grooming and proper appearance, assets condition, sales records accuracy, prepare and submit required reports and take necessary action.

Perform daily tickets, sales, exceptions, shift handover and closing records reconciliation procedure, prepare, verify and submit Sales Closing Report to finance department.

Investigate, prepare and submit incidents and exception reports to Management and record the same.

Verify records of time, materials, expenditures, or staff activities.

Resolve staff problems and collaborate with The Management to assist in problem resolution when necessary.

Enforce safety rules and regulations.

Compute, estimate and approve cash, payroll, transportation, personnel, or storage requirements.

Direct and plan measures to improve staff motivation, equipment performance, work methods, or customer services.

Requisition needed personnel, supplies, equipment, parts, or repair services.

Direct or implement personnel actions, such as employee selection, evaluation, rewards, or disciplinary actions.

Carry out timely follow-up on all related tasks that are done by other departments such as approvals, purchase and payments or third parties.

Maintain and manage all operations records and files databases.

Maintain and manage job related vendors' databases.

Ensures continuous improvement by generating new ideas for the job's; role, activities, tools, products, process, systems, policies, plans etc.

Continuously improve job's relevant customer services at all times

Explore creative approaches, practical solutions to solve problems and seek diverse solution to work issues

Proactively take steps towards influencing or promoting positive culture changes at all times

Minimize, manage and eliminate all types of job waste.

Follow all general company policies and procedures.

Complete any other assignments or responsibilities as defined by management on a daily or continuing basis.
