• Monitor assembly / installation schedule closely to ensure on-time delivery, react, and solve daily operational issues immediately.
• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting assembly/installation, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to assembly / installation staff.
• Setting productivity goals for each team /section.
• Developing process flow, such as value stream mapping (VSM), initial process improvement, and activities that improve efficiency without compromising safety and quality.
• Determine the number of necessary resources, such as workforce and optimize the usage of raw materials, and ensure output meets the quality standards.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of the assembly / installation staff from time to time.
• Ability to coach, train and motivate employees.
• Managing the cost of assembly / installation includes justification of overtime, cycle time and manhours required, etc.
• Experience in industrial 4.0, Lean Production System (LPS), and cost reduction activities with the proven historically successful project will be an added advantage.

• Bachelors degree in manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position in the manufacturing environment.
• Excellent leadership quality, strong team player, good communication and interpersonal skills, and can-do attitude.
• Deep knowledge of production management.
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
