Job Title: Fitness Studio Manager
Location: Dubai
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fitness Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of my client\'s fitness studio located in Dubai. As the Fitness Studio Manager, you will be responsible for managing the studio, leading a team of fitness professionals, and creating a welcoming and positive environment for our clients.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fitness Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of my client\'s fitness studio located in Dubai. As the Fitness Studio Manager, you will be responsible for managing the studio, leading a team of fitness professionals, and creating a welcoming and positive environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the fitness studio, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and client relations.
- Lead a team of fitness professionals, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure the highest quality of service for our clients.
- Develop and implement fitness programs and initiatives to attract and retain clients.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to increase studio membership and revenue.
- Monitor the studio\'s financial performance, analyze data, and make recommendations to improve profitability.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in fitness or health club management.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for fitness and wellness.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be fluent in English.
