Job Description
The ideal candidate will be able to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support our business needs. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall operations of QSR outlets.
- Ensure the proper execution and development of the outlets operationally and financially by leading the team members to deliver the highest quality of service, food, and beverages to the customers.
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed.
- Capable of leading, motivating, training developing, managing, and motivating the team in order to improve sales and the quality of customer services.
- Enforce hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Preferably with a UAE Driving license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
