Responsible for the overall operations of QSR outlets.
Ensure the proper execution and development of the outlets operationally and financially by leading the team members to deliver the highest quality of service, food, and beverages to the customers.
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed.
Capable of leading, motivating, training developing, managing, and motivating the team in order to improve sales and the quality of customer services.
Enforce hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Hospitality or related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferably with a UAE Driving license
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
