The ideal candidate will have a simple mindset, with the ability to make processes in all departments, including THERAPIST, Product Manager, TECH, Content Creator, ADS Specialist, Customer Service Agent, Sales, E-commerce Manager, Data Scientist, Finance, and Human Resources, more efficient and easy for customers. The Operation Manager will be responsible for executing smart ideas to automate processes, and ensure that all departments work together smoothly. Familiarity with digital services operations and hybrid tools is a must, as well as experience in the healthcare industry.
