Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the management of the Construction Project teams.

• Ensure efficient use of Manpower and Machines.

• Develop process and control systems to ensure maximum productivity and minimum wastage.

• Responsibility for quality control of drawings, manufacturing, installations & ultimately project delivery

• Business productivity, performance & efficiencies to be checked

• Staff management, leadership & mentoring

• Appraisals & disciplinary

• Ensuring the smooth implementation of projects, delivering best-in-class customer satisfaction

• Construction management experience with strong technical knowledge

• Ability to read technical drawings & sign off

• An energetic personality, can do attitude, be prepared to be flexible & go the extra mile

• Proven track record of working within a medium to large buildings in a similar / relevant signage job function

• A keen eye for detail & quality driven

• Ability to identify opportunities for innovation, value engineering & productivity improvements

• Problem solving capabilities

• Ability to multitask, keep a cool head during busy periods & demanding schedules

• Well presented with good written & verbal communication skills

• Strong leadership skills

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 - 10 years of successful experience in Operations Management - Construction.

• Diploma/ Engineering degree is perquisite.

• Should be available in UAE while applying for the job
