• Ensure that all operations are carried out in a cost-effective and appropriate manner
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Make critical policy, planning, and strategy decisions
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
• Ensure that the organization's processes are legally compliant
• Develop strategic and operational goals
• Examine financial data and use it to increase profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Assist HR with recruiting when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
• MBA is a plus
• 3-5 years of working experience in UAE as an Operations Manager or similar role
• Good Computer Skills (MS Office)
• Excellent English Communication Skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
• Critical thinker
• Ability to make decisions
• Must be impeccable in planning and honoring deadlines
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Solid understanding of financial management
• Ability to build consensus and establish relationships among managers, partners, and employees
• Must keep the team aligned at all times
• Outstanding Leadership and Organizational Skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Education:
