Our company is seeking an Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing one of our investments in the food security sectors. This investment uses agricultural products, both plants and animals, which achieve food security and stability in the Arab region and North Africa, and soon throughout the world. The role is primarily to implement the right processes and practices across the group. One of the specific duties is to formulate strategy, improve performance, procure materials and resources, and ensure compliance. Mentoring your team members, increasing revenue and investments, as well as implementing best practices across levels should be top of your list. Our business relies on your help to ensure compliance, efficiency, and profitability. Duties and Responsibilities: Formulate strategic and operational objectives Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability Manage budgets and forecasts Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs Recruit, train and supervise staff Find ways to increase quality of customer service Requirements and skills: Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field Proven work experience in the same filed or similar role Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management Experience budgeting and forecasting Familiarity with business and financial principles Excellent communication skills Leadership ability Outstanding organisational skills Job Type: Full-time Experience:
