Job Description
Looking for an experienced
Operations Manager
to oversee all aspects of drilling projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute drilling operations and project schedules Lead and supervise drilling teams including drillers and toolpushers Manage maintenance and optimization of drilling equipment Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Monitor KPIs: efficiency, downtime, and cost control Oversee project budgets and resource allocation Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and legal/government entities Report project progress to senior management Supervise directional drilling operations and enhance accuracy Implement improvements to streamline workflows and reduce downtime
Requirements:
Proven operations experience in drilling and/or construction Strong leadership and communication skills Valid
UAE Driving License
