Operations Manager Cum Engineer For The Pest Control Division

Job Description
We require an energetic member to join our team as an Operations Manager cum Pest Control Engineer for our Dubai Branch, who would love to take up new challenges and be capable of managing a team.
- Dubai, Sharjah Municipality approvals are mandatory
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Agriculture/ Zoology/ Entomology
- At least 5 years of experience working knowledge of Pest Management/Control
- Must possess a UAE driving license.
- Good Communication Skills in English (reading, speaking & writing)
- Mainly responsible for Pest Control Operations, Supervision of operators, and Sales.
- Responsible for taking care of existing clients, businesses, and sites.
- Identify new opportunities for innovation and create compelling cases for business change and improvement relating to Pest Control services.
- Develop and achieve service portfolio objectives, action plans, and KPIs to support the division in achieving the strategic Plan.
- Budgeting and Cost Management: Developing and managing budgets for jobs, including forecasting expenses, monitoring divisional costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Review division performance and provide monthly reports to the Management regarding compliance against predetermined/contracted KPIs
- Review of service agreements, contracts, and negotiation of the same with clients.
- Ensure the team has the skills, and capabilities to provide guidance, and training to technicians and performance management to ensure a high level of productivity, effectiveness, and professionalism.
- Develop staff development programs such as skills enhancement training and sessions.
- Enforce all local codes and best practices about Pest Control, Pesticide usage, waste disposal, and environmental action to ensure a clean and safe environment.
