Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Operations Manager

to oversee day-to-day activities across both our

Construction

and

Interior Design

businesses. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, maintaining project timelines, controlling costs, and ensuring client satisfaction across both divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage operations of both construction and interior design units Plan, organize, and monitor project execution to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, and procurement teams Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and contractual obligations Manage resource allocation, materials planning, and subcontractor performance Drive continuous improvement in workflows, cost control, and client satisfaction Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, invoicing, and cost tracking Report progress and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and regulatory authorities Ensure team productivity and enforce company standards across sites and offices

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field,

or

a post-graduate qualification in Management (MBA or equivalent) Minimum 5-10 years of UAE experience in both construction and interior fit-out sectors Proven track record in managing multiple projects and operations simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Knowledge of UAE labor laws, HSE regulations, and authority approvals Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and ERP systems Valid UAE driving license preferred Bilingual (English mandatory; Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam an added advantage)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
