Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced

Operations Manager

to manage and oversee construction operations across multiple sites in the UAE. The role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to approved quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction operations and site management across multiple projects Ensure compliance with

UAE laws, HSE regulations, and local authority requirements

Manage project schedules, manpower planning, materials, and equipment Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor project budgets, cost control, and productivity Review and approve method statements, work programs, and progress reports Implement company operational policies and best practices Resolve site issues, delays, and contractual matters efficiently Ensure quality control and adherence to approved drawings and specifications Report directly to senior management on operational performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering / Construction Management

Minimum

7-10 years

of UAE/GCC construction experience Strong knowledge of

UAE construction standards, authorities, and approvals

Proven experience managing

multiple construction sites

Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills Proficient in MS Office, Primavera / MS Project (preferred) Valid

UAE driving license

(mandatory)
