Operations Manager – Construction

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Operations Manager
to oversee and manage all operational aspects of construction projects. The candidate must have a validUAE Driving License (DL)
to commute between sites efficiently. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day construction operations across multiple sites. Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, and manpower allocation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all sites. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve operational efficiency. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for smooth project execution. Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce costs. Prepare reports on project progress, resource utilization, and operational KPIs.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control. Proficient in project management tools and software. Ability to travel to multiple sites;
UAE Driving License (DL) is mandatory
. Strong communication and negotiation skills.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in construction operations/management.
