Role Overview



We are seeking a

dynamic and experienced Operations Manager

to lead the operations of our

central kitchen and production unit

in

Al Quoz

. The role demands operational excellence, strong leadership, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in catering, cloud kitchens, or high-volume restaurant operations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities



Manage

daily kitchen operations

, including food production, hygiene, dispatch, and logistics Lead and motivate

kitchen and delivery staff

to foster a performance-driven team culture Ensure

timely, accurate delivery

of catering and banquet orders with a focus on service excellence Oversee

inventory control

, cost optimization, and waste management Ensure

compliance with Dubai Municipality

food safety standards and support audit readiness Conduct

regular site and client visits

, team briefings, and performance reviews Identify and resolve

operational inefficiencies

through proactive process improvements Maintain clear, professional

communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams


Requirements



Bachelor's degree

in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred)*
Minimum

2 years of experience

in catering, cloud kitchen, or restaurant operations within the UAE Strong

leadership and cross-functional team management

skills Proven ability to

control operational costs

(consumables, fuel, logistics, equipment) Track record of

high service standards

, order accuracy, and client satisfaction Fluent in

English

(written and spoken); non-Malayalam candidates preferredfor team balance Valid

UAE Driving License

(preferred)*
Age:

40 or below
