Oversee all daily kayak rental operations, ensuring smooth workflows, timely customer service, and adherence to established procedures. Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate boating staff to maintain optimal performance, professionalism, and safety awareness. Conduct thorough pre- and post-use inspections of kayaks, paddles, safety gear, and docking areas to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance. Manage customer interactions, including reservations, inquiries, orientations, and support, while maintaining a high-quality service environment. Continuously monitor weather forecasts, tidal changes, and water conditions to make informed, safety-driven operational decisions. Enforce all safety protocols, provide mandatory safety briefings, and ensure customers understand proper equipment handling and emergency procedures. Maintain detailed and up-to-date inventory records for all boating equipment, supplies, and assets to support efficient operations. Coordinate with internal maintenance teams and external service providers to arrange timely repairs, replacements, and preventive upkeep. Oversee the completion, documentation, and secure storage of rental waivers, liability forms, and operational records in accordance with regulations. Monitor daily rental transactions, track revenue, analyze performance trends, and prepare comprehensive operational reports for management. Investigate, resolve, and document customer complaints or issues promptly to uphold excellent service standards and protect brand reputation. Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotions, community outreach, and service enhancements that increase visibility and rental activity.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
