Supervise daily bakery and cafe operations (production, service, and delivery).
Ensure adherence to food safety and Dubai Municipality regulations.
Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
Train and motivate staff to maintain quality and consistency.
Monitor sales performance and implement operational improvements.
Coordinate with management on cost control, budgeting, and reporting.
Requirements
Proven experience
(minimum 3 years) in
Bakery or F&B Operations Management
within the UAE.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of HACCP / food safety standards.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Must be
currently on own visa
and
ready to join immediately
