Operations Manager (Arabic & Russian Speaker) - Auto Service & Detailing Business

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Operations Manager

fluent in

Russian and English

(Arabic is a strong advantage) to lead our auto service and detailing business. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, especially for high-end and VIP clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily detailing operations including preparation, polishing, PPF (Paint Protection Film) application, ceramic coating, and vehicle delivery. Supervise and coordinate staff schedules (detailers, polishers, PPF installers) to maintain performance and service quality. Enforce strict quality control standards across all detailing services: PPF, ceramic coating, interior & exterior detailing. Manage customer satisfaction, respond to escalations, and handle VIP client requests. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely reordering of consumables. Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal pricing. Assist with budgeting and cost control without compromising service quality. Generate operational performance reports for senior management. Lead, train, and motivate staff to ensure productivity, efficiency, and customer service excellence. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry best practices.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 7+ years of experience

in operational management or managing an

auto service/detailing business

. Excellent communication skills;

fluency in Russian and English is required

, Arabic is a strong advantage.

UAE driving license

- required. Deep understanding of detailing services (PPF, ceramic coating, polishing) and luxury automotive standards. Proven team management and process optimization abilities. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, scheduling systems, reporting) is a plus.
