About The Role
Main responsibility of Operations Manager is to oversee overall park operational safety as well as guest and colleague satisfaction. Person in that role will supervise the aquatics operation of Aquaventure - largest waterpark in the world and resorts\xe2\x80\x99 pools and beaches. Leading a large team and being involved in various cross functional projects will require you to have solid previous experience in:

• maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment for employees and guests in a high volume environment
• providing the synergy required to recruit, develop, train, and motivate employees to provide highest level of guest satisfaction in line with 5* service standards
• P&L reviews, capital project management, inventory control and procurement activities
• ensuring facilities management adheres to strict safety and quality standards
• being responsible for the development and performance of the Assistant Managers, Team Leaders and large team of Lifeguards
• Ensuring 100% compliance in the operation at all times as per third party and local governing standards

About You
To be successfull in this role you need to have extensive background in a management capacity within a large waterpark or theme park. Background in aquatics, especially inclusive of Ellis & Associates Instructor Certificate (or equivalent) is necessary. You will demonstrate the ability to efficiently plan and execute in an ever evolving environment as well as deliver quality work and focus on the end result. We are looking for candidate who continuously look for ways to deliver everlasting memories and pursue professional development for self and their team. You will have outstanding communication skills and be able to influence the senior leadership as well as junior colleagues effectively.
