Job Description

Key Missions: Ensures Operations staff comply with their responsibilities relating to the company's Safety Manual, H&S Manual and current Policies and Procedures Development of Business Strategy Provide leadership to the local Operations team Represents RDKSA in Operational meetings with RCU and other key stakeholders when necessary Ultimately responsible for running the Operations Monitoring Performance & planning management of operational team reporting to him/her Owns operational SOP production Responsible for Scheduling performance of services (vehicle blocking) and interaction with RCU regarding this topic Deploys the operations strategy, policies and procedures with his team, monitors potential Operations subcontractors

Activities: In accordance with strategic guidance, review and interpret current and future Operations demand in connection with the business requirements and forecast patronage growth and produce an Annual Operations Plan (OP) Drives all FWA related Operational training and retraining activities Analyses of timetable performance following failures Responsible for reporting operational performance to line manager Master user of mobility software (AVM, AFC, etc.) manages relationship with vendors Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Hazard Log and the Principal Risk register through the identification and effective mitigation of hazards relating to operations Experience & skills required: Professional training degree in the field; 10+ years' experience in managing road transportation operations; Experience in greenfield bus operations &/or in road transport network restructuring is a plus; Previous Working experience in KSA is a plus; Rigor and strong analytical skills; Synthesis and writing skills; Great interpersonal skills and sense of autonomy; Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Arabic is a plus;
