The Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources, managing supply chain and securing compliance. He should be ready to mentor his team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all departments. He should keep the company compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business. An ideal candidate should have degree in Business, Operations Management or related field. Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role, preferably in a trading company. He should also have outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
