Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead operational execution across logistics, inventory, and supply chain in Agri input markets.
Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements using lean principles.
Manage budgets, control operational costs, and monitor performance metrics.
Recruit, train, and manage field and office operational teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to deliver operational excellence.
Implement and optimize ERP and inventory management tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Operations Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
6+ years of operations management experience, preferably in Ari inputs or FMCG.
Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in African markets is a strong plus.
Proficient in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of lean management, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Strong communication, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
