Description
- Your key responsibilities will include Onboarding & Training, Early Life Retention, etc of the both food captains and restaurants.
- Closely work with Partner ops team to ensure feedback and incorporate the same in new supply lead strategy to create quality pool.
- Analytics and data drive everything we do: source, transportation, strategy, decisions and people.
- You will be responsible for scaling to new markets and going deeper into existing markets with identification & onboarding of new restaurants or captains, and execute new launch strategies for green field markets, etc.
- Working closely with Senior leaders and City operations in driving the strategy and execution of plans to deliver on Goals
