Oversee all restaurant branches to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures for efficiency.
Create business plans and strategies to achieve financial and customer satisfaction goals.
Coordinate with Branch Managers to maintain consistent service standards across all outlets.
Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
Lead training and development programs for all staff.
Implement and monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
Manage vendor relationships and approve major procurement decisions.
Handle customer complaints and implement corrective action plans.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operational role in the F&B industry.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record in cost management and operational excellence.
Fluent in English and Arabic is a bonus.
Valid UAE driving license.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
