Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring the daily operations of the branches and ensuring that they are on the right track.
- Laying the rules and systems for the Group's operational (SAP).
- Developing the company's strategy and transforming the company's inputs into products and services that benefit customers.
- Work on training and development of employees of the operational departments.
- Participation of the CEO in setting the annual plan and defining (strategies/priorities of employees and clients).
- Evaluating the employee at work and determining and distributing rewards.
- Organizing the work among the employees within the branch.
- Cooperation with all departments of the company (financial department, human resources department, ................ etc.).
- The operational manager is responsible for employee safety, product quality, Connection and distribution).
- The operating manager is responsible for the profits and losses of the company in cooperation with the financial department.
- Cooperating with the financial department with the daily closing.
- The operational manager is fully responsible for the customer service call centre and its entire Management.
- The Operations Manager is responsible for the after-sales service: Communicate with customers in case there is any complaint and work on finding a solution to reach the goal of customer happiness.
- Follow up on social media platforms and the pages of the branch/butchery in cooperation with the Marketing Department.
- Organizing offers & discounts.
- Meet and match all conditions and standards for the authority Abu Dhabi agriculture and food safety.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
