Our client, a well-established Child Care Service Company is seeking an experienced operations manager for their Abu Dhabi division. Salary: Starting 10,000 + Benefits. Responsibilities:

• Inspire and lead the team to deliver high quality early years care.
• Provide leadership and direction for all aspects of instruction, assessment and operations of the services.
• Assist with the recruitment, hiring, placement, scheduling, supervision, performance management of the Designated Child Care Managers.
• Assist in reviewing Health, Safety and Quality Standards within the program.
• Assist and design business plans - Operations.
• To provide regular human resources, finance and quality improvement updates/feedback on nursery performance to the Children's Services Manager.
• Experience in planning and implementing age appropriate programs.
• To proactively manage all Setting Managers performance, carrying out induction, regular accountability meetings, supervisions, probation reviews and annual performance reviews, and setting clear work and development objectives.
• To inspire all early years managers/teams to establish and maintain effective learning through a culture of creativity and innovation within each setting.

Essential criteria:

• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Operations - Nursery/Child Care Service/Day Care is required.
• Familiar with UAE Locations.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent team leadership;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Knowledge and experience in developing and facilitating professional learning;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Early Years Degree or equivalent early years and childcare qualifications or relevant experience
• Full and relevant early years qualification.
