We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Lead to oversee the day to day operations of the captain fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3PL Industry with proven leadership skills and the ability to coordinate teams in a high-paced environment. This role requires hands-on involvement in managing a fleet of captains, team performance, and operational issues while ensuring optimal operational performance.



Key Responsibilities:



Captain Relations and Operations Support


Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws. Manage the full captain recruitment process, from sourcing and onboarding to go-live. Spearhead the implementation of and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the fleet. Lead and support teams to achieve consistent operational excellence. Partner with performance and operations teams to achieve key operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Deliver regular weekly updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant experience . 2-5 years of experience in fast paced operations. Strong project management skills with track record of managing large scale operations. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and development. Proficient in data analysis; SQL knowledge is an advantage. Fluency in Hindi/Urdu and English (spoken and written) - Arabic is a plus. Valid UAE Driving License.
