Job Description
Assist the operations team in scheduling the factory operations and material delivery and other vehicle allocation and scheduling.
Track and record the stock level on daily basis.
Bar code all the materials on arrival and maintain the records in the Software.
Ensure the material used are allocated to the concerned projects in the Software.
Assist the purchase and sales department in the process of sample submission.
Carrying out the inspection of goods.
Preparation and updating of various reports on timely basis.
