Operations In-Charge

to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the establishment, ensuring that all functions run smoothly and efficiently. Supervise staff to ensure high-quality customer service and operational excellence. Assist in training, scheduling, and managing the performance of staff members. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies when necessary. Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. Ensure that all areas of operations meet the company's standards and goals. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction. Implement and review operational processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in the hospitality industry (Freshers are also welcome to apply and will be considered). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. A good understanding of the hospitality industry and its operations. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English.

Benefits:

Salary:

AED 2,500 to AED 4,000 per month. Visa, medical, and transportation will be provided by the company. Opportunity for career growth and development.
