Excursion / Hotel / Events / Fleet booking
Negotiations with the client & suppliers
Collecting & Processing Payments
Keeping Clients up to date with any changes
Providing advise on visas
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Coordination with clients
Daily duty assignment for fleet department
Make alternative bookings arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
Provide information to the client on weather / new activities /rules & regulation / customs & attractions in the city
Providing assistance to the groups for smooth check in
Maintain feedback record provided by the client
The Operations Executive will manage and oversee daily operational activities within the travel and tourism division. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, agents, and clients to ensure seamless travel arrangements, tour operations, and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute travel itineraries, packages, and tours.
Liaise with hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other partners for bookings and reservations.
Manage visa processing, travel insurance, and other travel-related documentation.
Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee group and individual travel arrangements, including ticketing and accommodation.
Monitor tour operations to ensure quality standards and timely delivery of services.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer communications.
Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and vendor negotiations to maximize profitability.
Coordinate with the sales team for promotional packages and seasonal offers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, travel regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2-4 years) in travel and tourism operations.
Strong knowledge of ticketing systems, tour planning, and travel documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
