We are partnered with thousands of retailers to provide everyone with flexibility and convenience to pay for their purchase in 3 interest-free payments.

We are looking for an Operations Executive based in Dubai, who can help us realize our purpose.

You will be part of a fast paced and international multidisciplinary team who builds products and experiences for customers to shop and pay with Postpay.

A candidate will be assisting with the daily/monthly reconciliation operations of our product and finance department. This individual will be working closely with the Finance Manager. We need a person who can combine solid analytical skills with a deep knowledge of reconciliations and accounting principles and able to analyze financial reports and forecasts.

Role responsibilities:
Reconciling reports from the payment gateway, network, affiliate programs etc. to ensure accurate and timely settlements;
Supervising the reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis;
Ensuring operations continuity and communicating with the concerned parties on any atypical event;
General ledger reconciliations;
Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable and payables data;
Maintaining compliance documentation and maintaining historical records by filing documents electronically;
Assisting with special projects as needed;
Follows up all transactions continuously and provide updates to the management;
Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in all reconciliation activities.
About You:
3 - 5 years of related experience with any payment services provider
Knowledge of Payment Gateway, Card Operations and Affiliate Partner settlements and reconciliations
Knowledge of accounting theory, principles, and practices
Ability to describe accounting systems and processes in written correspondence and in procedure manual format
Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
Proficient in MS Office
