Operations Executive - Female Only, for Dubai

We're looking for an experienced Operations Executive to manage daily operations of Home Cleaning, Home Salon for Women and Maintenance categories.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of bookings.
Coordinate with vendors, field staff required other stakeholders to execute scheduled appointments and manage client requests.
Provide top notch customer care service and handle client inquiries professionally.
Ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Maintain records, reports and operational data efficiently.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a cleaning company.
Fluent English Communication skills.
Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using mobile apps and digital platforms for operations management.
