Position Overview
The Operations Executive - Contract Origination role in Dubai supports Al-Futtaim Group's auto finance and leasing operations by maximizing approval rates and ensuring smooth, compliant processing of auto finance, in-house lending, and lease transactions. This role focuses on operational coordination, documentation validation, stakeholder communication, and adherence to regulatory and internal policy standards to deliver high-quality service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational contact for auto finance and leasing transactions involving banks, dealerships, Hertz, and internal stakeholders
• Validate deal submissions by reviewing data and documentation against basic credit parameters prior to bank placement
• Track turnaround times in line with SLAs and coordinate with banking and credit teams to obtain timely feedback on submitted cases
• Validate LOIs and LPOs, generate lease agreements and required annexures upon approval, and follow up to ensure vehicle delivery
• Communicate accurate feedback to showroom managers, track errors, and share MIS reports to support continuous compliance and quality checks
• Perform hygiene checks to ensure alignment with UAE regulations, central bank rules, and internal AFF guidelines
• Understand partner bank and internal credit policies to challenge declines, reduce unnecessary documentation, and improve approval outcomes
• Maintain accurate operational records using internal systems and data trackers
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with high school education and relevant experience will also be considered
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or consumer banking, financial services operations, sales coordination, or retail credit
• Working knowledge of auto sales processes at dealership level and general understanding of the automotive industry
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
