• After a very successful 2023, looking for a new Senior Product Operations Manager.
• Responsible for managing product operation functions and different stages of new products for digital asset trading, commodities, US stocks, and foreign exchange.
• Be in charge of tracking product usage issues and direct communication form core customers and market feedback.
• Help in product operation strategies.
• Involved in collecting product data and provide insights/suggestions to product managers.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or above in Computer or communication-related major.
• Has 3+ years of working experience and at least 2 years of experience in digital asset trading, etc.
• Must have experience and rich knowledge in Crypto.
• Knowledgeable with financial market and relevant regulations/risk management principles.
• Preferable with project management capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; both oral and written.

• 25-40K AED per month
