After a very successful 2023 our client is now venturing into the exciting Dubai market and seeking a driven Operations Manager to be a pioneer in establishing and leading our UAE operations.

Will report to the CEO of the company and lead the creation of the Dubai office and its team.

Develop and implement a client acquisition and retention strategy tailored to the Dubai market, spearhead the setup and daily operations of our Dubai office and oversee administrative and call center functions.

Regularly review and update operating procedures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive smooth business operations and growth in the Dubai market.

Key Candidate Criteria

Must have previous 5-10 years experience in Cryptocurrency CFD, and the Forex industry.

Must have experience in setting up and running a business, office, and call center under UAE regulations,- including accounting & cost control practices, VAT, labor law, and compliance (documents, KYC, AML, and MIFID if applicable) with a proven track record of success in client acquisition, campaign management, and team leadership.

Proficiency in tech such as VoIP, Microsoft 365, and relevant communication and administrative tools.

Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.

+40k AED per month. Annual is open to market rate
