Will provide exceptional customer experience and act as a point of contact to our high net worth customers resolving any issues and offering support across their experience.
Reporting to the Head of Sales in the Dubai Office.
Ability to Identify and report on business opportunities to raise the company\xe2\x80\x99s market share.
Recruit and introduce new partners to the firm on ongoing basis.
Can hold business trips to meet partners and present company`s products and services, can achieved the KPI\xe2\x80\x99s, and can develop a strong network and resources.
Key Candidate Criteria
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the forex/banking/finance/fintech/stock exchange industry.
Must be an experienced customer service manager, previously leading large teams.
Ability to provide work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
