Position Overview
The Operations & Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of all projects across the agency. This role bridges strategy and execution by managing workflows, timelines, resources, and inter-department coordination to guarantee on-time, high-quality delivery to clients.
This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, accountability, and scalability as the agency grows.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong project & delivery management experience (agency environment preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent coordination and communication across departments
Strong understanding of creative, digital, and production workflows
Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
Process optimization and SOP implementation
High attention to detail and ownership mindset
Leadership and team supervision skills
Client-facing communication (supporting Account Management)
