Role Overview:
The
Executive Operations & Projects Lead
serves as a key strategic partner within the Chairman's Office, responsible for driving operational excellence, overseeing high-impact initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination across functions. This role demands a high level of discretion, organizational agility, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects aligned with the Chairman's strategic priorities.
Act as a central point of coordination for strategic initiatives, reports, and communications on behalf of the Chairman.
Ensure alignment between executive decisions and departmental execution across PSI entities.
Develop internal workflows, dashboards, and processes to improve the effectiveness of the Chairman's Office.
Project Leadership
Lead and manage strategic and cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, including planning, execution, resource coordination, and reporting.
Identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks, and proactively recommend solutions.
Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
Governance & Reporting
Prepare high-level executive reports, board materials, and briefing documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Track the progress of strategic initiatives and report status updates regularly to the Chairman.
Support in agenda setting, action tracking, and follow-ups from executive meetings and external engagements.
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with internal departments, leadership teams, partners, and government entities on behalf of the Chairman.
Represent the Chairman's Office in meetings when delegated, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
Facilitate high-level stakeholder engagement and ensure professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions.
Office Management & Confidential Support
Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism in managing sensitive information and correspondence.
Provide executive-level support in terms of calendar management, travel coordination, and protocol for the Chairman where needed.
Work closely with the Chief of Staff and other senior leaders to ensure smooth internal operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
7+ years of experience in executive operations, project management, or strategic roles, preferably supporting C-level leadership.
Experience within a Chairman's Office, Royal Office, or multinational executive environment is a strong plus.
