Operations Coordinator Logistics

Job Description
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations related to freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing. Handle inbound and outbound shipments (air, sea, and land freight) and ensure timely delivery. Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, customs agents, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and international shipping procedures. Prepare shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading. Monitor cargo movement and provide regular updates to clients. Resolve operational issues, delays, or discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and transactions in the system. Support the logistics manager with process improvements and cost optimization initiatives. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and documentation. Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
