Operations Coordinator cum Sales Executive
to join our expanding team. This hybrid position plays a crucial role in managing day-to-day operational activities while actively supporting sales efforts to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee daily operational tasks to ensure seamless workflow.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering prompt and professional support.
Maintain accurate records of operations, inventory, and service-related activities.
Assist in identifying new business prospects and follow up on sales leads.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Provide logistical, scheduling, and documentation support to on-ground teams.
Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
Manage incoming calls and messages with a high level of professionalism.
Be flexible with work hours to meet operational demands.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
Prior experience in operations or sales coordination, preferably in the technical services sector.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Competency in Microsoft Office, email correspondence, and basic data management tools.
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
Male candidates preferred.
